Phillip Morris International & Dawson Walker Communication win gold at the EBMA awards
We are delighted that the #MakeHistory employer brand work we developed with Phillip Morris International has won two gold awards for;
'Best management of the employer brand following a change of mission, positioning, or management’ AND ‘Best employer brand management from the FMCG sector’ at the Employer Brand Management Awards 2021.
The Dawson Walker and PMI teams were delighted to attend this in-person event at The Brewery in Central London. The evening was incredibly well organised with, delicious food and great comedy from Rhys James (our host for the evening). We were also thrilled to be able to celebrate the brilliant work from all the other brands and their agencies in-person, which has been something we have all truly missed.
The award-winning work for Philip Morris International focuses on their business transformation which will help them achieve the bold vision of a smoke-free future. Together, we developed #MakeHistory - made up of four key pillars that have shaped PMI’s employer brand to inspire colleagues and new recruits to be part of their journey to a smoke-free future and #MakeHistory together. These pillars are ‘revolutionary change’, ‘shaping the future’, ‘being stronger together’ and ‘delivering endless experiences’.
We are truly honoured to have this work recognised by the EBMA’s and to be a part of PMI’s journey to a smoke-free future. One of the judges even said, “Make History could be the turning point in PMI’s brand journey!”
