CASE STUDY

The Challenge:

Coca-Cola HBC needed a bold, high-impact way to launch its new employer brand “We play to grow and win, do you?” across 29 markets and to 33,000 employees.

The aim was to move beyond traditional “talking head” content and create a film that felt as vibrant and dynamic as the Coca-Cola consumer brand.

It had to showcase the diversity, energy, and culture of the business while aligning with Coca-Cola HBC’s core pillars:

  • Grow Every Day
  • Lead the Change
  • Win Together

The film would premier internally at the 2025 Leadership Conference before extending globally online. 

The Solution:

Dawson Walker developed a new genre of employer brand video, cinematic, story-led, and emotionally charged.

Centred around one protagonist, Norhan, the film takes viewers on a journey through Coca-Cola HBC locations, revealing the people, passion, and purpose behind the brand.

The story is elevated by the animated Hellenic Day Graphic, symbolising the 24/7 nature of the business and its values.

Produced sustainably across Greece and Northern Ireland using local crews, the two-minute film blends live action, motion graphics, and original music to celebrate growth, collaboration, and winning together.

The Result:

The launch film achieved outstanding engagement and impact.

On LinkedIn, short-form reels reached 81K impressions, generated a 6% engagement rate (double the benchmark), and were reposted 23 times.

On Coca-Cola HBC’s careers site, the video drove a:

  • 7.3% increase in page views,
  • 5.3% rise in average time on page
  • 78.9% engagement rate.  

Internally, it became the centrepiece of the Athens Leadership Conference and a catalyst for cultural adoption of the employer brand. Inspiring overwhelmingly positive feedback and 47K intranet views in just two weeks.
