2017 is the 5th year the Women in Housing Awards has been recognising and celebrating the achievements of female housing professionals from both the public & private sectors.

The ethos of the awards and its specific aims are to:

We're delighted to have supported L&Q with writing the entry for the Best Apprentice/Trainee Award for Shannan Melaugh, Apprentice Electrician. This award recognises the achievement of new entrants to the housing sector. Those young women who have developed themselves and furthered their careers in housing through hard work and application; achieving formal qualification or working towards a formal qualification.

We can't wait for the awards ceremony on 2nd November 2017.
