This got us thinking about the international nature of our team here at Dawson Walker, where many members of our team speaks at least two languages, if not more.

As a result, we are expertly poised to capitalise on global communications opportunities.

In 2014 we launched the Dawson Walker “Influence Index” with a revealing piece of research that unearthed some thought provoking findings on the theme of advocacy and how organisations can harness the power of their employees.

It caused quite a stir and we were heartened by the number of people who are now seriously looking at this subject as a central plank to their marketing and communications strategies.

Technology is advancing at pace, and world events are influencing us all.

So – how will organisations ensure that their brands remain relevant to their diverse workforces and customers – people that span generational differences?

Where are the new ideas coming from and how can we nurture a culture of intrapreneurship to generate unique solutions for our most pressing challenges?

We’re launching a new survey that will help us understand how different organisations are tackling these challenges and finding out their take on “innovation”. We are seeking as many different perspectives as possible and so would welcome your input – it’ll only take 5 to 10 minutes to complete – here’s the link.

We’ll be reporting back here in March with our headline findings which will be initially shared at a workshop on 24th February – where alongside our distinguished partners Emma West Consulting, Hedron and Writing for Leaders we will be exploring the subject: “Ignite Better Solutions”.
