CASE STUDY - THE POWER OF YOU

The Challenge:

People join organisations for many reasons. Remuneration. Career development. New challenges. With a new name in the emerging market we needed to show that Quadient, formerly Neopost, offers more than that. They offer shared values, a sense of purpose, a collective energy.  So we needed to develop an employer brand to show people that they believe in what they do.

The Solution:

With Quadient it’s the people that sets them apart. Their collective purpose is to be ‘Epic. Together’.

Within that, every one of them has a role to play and valuable experiences to share.

Great brands are built on great storytelling. And every Quadient employee has a story to tell - in their work, in their life, they have meaning and purpose.

Our solution was to develop an employer brand that showcased these stories and used their individualism to inspire other like-minded people to join a company that creates meaningful connections that matter.

We drew upon insights gathered by one of our network partners, Recruitics.

We interviewed people from around the business and incorporated the values of the organisation to bring everything together in one, powerful and authentic employer brand.

The Result:

The result is ‘The Power of You’. A compelling employer brand made up of real people, real stories, real life.

From there, we were able to develop a suite of recruitment marketing materials that can be adapted to suit each market, along with website and social media content which serves as a solid foundation for future stories to be collated, celebrated and shared.

The Power of You is an employer brand that can be cultivated and grown over time, as more talented people from around the organisation share their stories, keeping it fresh, interesting and relevant.
