Trainee Media Co-ordinator

Our offices are just a short walk from Warren Street, Tottenham Court Road and Great Portland Street as well as the mainline stations Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras. We’re in the heart of Fitzrovia - within walking distance of the west end. Unusually, for an office, we’re based in a Georgian town house that has become a bit of a creative hub as we share it with a couple of other agencies.

Although we all work hard (sometimes, as you might expect, a bit longer than normal office hours) we take a flexible, relaxed approach and there’s a flat structure with everyone getting involved in all aspects of projects and client work. 


Your day will be a mix of responding to client requests (mostly via email), desk research and co-ordinating copy. Sometimes it’ll be quite a juggling act and so your ability to stay on top of it and good judgement at prioritising numerous tasks will be important. But don’t worry you’re not going to be alone – we all help each other out – we’re that kind of business where everyone joins in. Alongside the day to day transactional responsibilities you’ll get involved in some longer-term projects: undertaking research, adding your creative ideas to brainstorms and helping to deliver global marketing and communications campaigns.

You’ll be trained (as the job title suggests) in all aspects of the role and learn a great deal quickly. You’ll need to be inquisitive, have a good eye for detail and interested in marketing. Liaising with clients to understand their needs and suppliers to get the best deal is par for the course so you’ll need to be a superb communicator who’s passionate about delivering a fantastic service.
